Rasmus Ry Nielsen is the CDO of the dept. of technical and environmental affairs, city of Aarhus, Denmark. Rasmus has worked as a leader within digital government for +20 years in different municipal contexts. Rasmus and his team has deployed several AI-based solutions in the city of Aarhus, spanning from chatbots to advanced machine learning solutions to support and develop the management and development of the City and its surrounding natural richness. Rasmus is also the responsible for the creation of the City’s AI Solutions Assement Tool, a tool that offers a unified perspective on the legality, feasibility and ethicality of proposed AI solutions.
